I have been to a few different RMTs in the past and this was by FAR the best treatment I have received. All of my problem areas were addressed without feeling painful. Jamie was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips for prevention of tension.

I would recommend her to anyone who wants a capable massage therapist who knows how to support her clients. I specifically go for recovery from a shoulder surgery and I have seen gains in my range of motion since being Rachel's client.
