Jaimy has help tremendously with her treatments after having plantar fasciitis pain for 1 year prior to treatment. Both Jaimy and Allie are knowledgeable professionals who are great at what they do! Enjoy going here and will continue visits for ongoing wellness.

The atmosphere is very relaxing.
Jaimy has helped alleviate my condition without the use of any medication.
My body can heal itself, it just needed to be pointed in the right direction.
With Jaimy being registered in manual osteopathy and acupuncture, you get the best of both disciplines at the same time.
I found Jaimy to be both caring and competent.
I'm very glad that Jaimy was recommended to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried many forms of therapies to help with my pain issues and the acupuncture treatments from Jaimy have done wonders for me. I come back every now and then for a tuneup but she has helped me out of flareups. She is very knowledgeable and gives me strategies for maintenance like stretches to strengthen certain areas or correcting bad form like posture, walking on my toes, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove past their sign out on the corner a few times and finally decided to check it out. Very happy I did! Had a one hour massage with Jelena. Professional, respectful, pleasant and an excellent massage therapist. Also the office has a nice, clean, relaxing atmosphere. I was hesitant with the fee schedule not being posted on the website but it is very reasonably priced. On par with most RMT services. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Jelena!

I was nervous to try acupuncture for the first time, but Jaimy made the experience so calming and is always kind and thorough. Acupuncture has been so helpful for me and the way it is administered at Ancient Cedar is so soothing and effective. I would recommend acupuncture treatment at Ancient Cedar to anyone who has been struggling with chronic pain or any kind of injury.
