★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were super friendly and welcoming! I'd never done yoga before and didn't feel like a total derp for the one class I took. Very friendly to newcomers. However... the space can be a bit small if there are a lot of people... and someone farted in my mouth for my first class so I haven't been back since. lmao. But other than that it was a good experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This studio is a warm and welcoming place to practice yoga. Beginners to seasoned yogis alike, you wont regret coming to this little studio with a big heart. This studio broke me out of my safe place of home yoga practice and I never feel like I don’t belong there. Reasonably priced-lots of options for drop in classes and passes! Amazing manifesto that is authentic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great variety of classes. The space is beautiful. The people are kind, welcoming, and genuinely care. Each instructor brings their own personality to their classes, which is so lovely. It feels like a small community (a very open and welcoming one!). I feel valued, accepted, respected here, and the yoga is amazing! I highly recommend this gem of a place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is such a strong sense of community here. You will be seen. You will be encouraged to be yourself, to laugh, to connect with others. Where asking questions and making comments/jokes is welcomed. You'll likely learn more about yourself and your body with their genuine wisdom. Body awareness/moving at your own pace is emphasized over blindly following the teacher and achieving pretty poses.
It's also a beautiful, bright, intimate space. So many props available to make your practice more accessible and comfy.
I love that the teachers here seem like real people. It feels like they're being their authentic selves. No fake yoga voice. They don't put themselves on a pedastal. They don't act like they know everything or are better than anyone else. I don't feel like they're preaching at me. I feel like they're fully present, going through the journey with their students. I hope to meet more teachers and attend their classes soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had done a bit of yoga in the past, but it wasn’t until I started to do classes at Fearless Heart that I came to understand and appreciate it and really benefit from it.
Along with many other benefits, the classes have actually been deeply valuable to me as part of ongoing healing from trauma -- which speaks to the many amazing qualities of the teachers and the community. All the instructors are genuine, knowledgeable, and really respect everyone who walks in. A person is accepted however they may show up on a given day. With that profound acceptance and the space and guidance to go inward if you want to and are able to, there is so much potential for healing in each class. All the classes are different, and many of them are relaxed and playful and can be a lot of fun.
Fearless Heart feels like love.
