Priska is awesome, a knowledgeable and genuinely good person - so glad I found her! I've worked with Tracy for physio training - incredible attention to detail, super motivational and kind. Sanug is another physiotherapist I've worked with at Stride and he's very knowledgeable and thorough - can't say enough good things about Priska & her staff - they changed my life ! Highly recommend.

I went to her for some alignment correction and I walked away feeling empowered knowing I had the tools to correct my movement patterns. Stride is a great clinic and the staff are top notch.

I have been to countless places looking for some form of relief and healing; laser and shock therapy, chiropractors, acupuncture and so on. I have had the most improvement ever since going to Stride. I am finally able to walk longer, and stand taller, thanks to the attention and care I've received from the staff at Stride. Priska and her team are by far the most helpful and professional therapists I have ever met. Thank you, Stride!

Working with Kenrick on strength training has completely eliminated shoulder pain that I thought I would have to live with forever. His knowledge and encouragement keep workouts interesting, challenging, and positive! I have also been coached by Tracy in a program they call “CORE”. Tracy has a keen eye and an ability to easily explain and correct even the smallest of flaws in posture and movements. What she has taught me in just a few sessions I am able to apply to my strength sessions and to my daily, routine movements. I have been to many factory style Physio clinics that are focussed on volume. At Stride they focus solely on you. They create an individual plan drawing skills from a number of professionals, all to suit your unique and personal needs. It should be evident…I highly recommend Stride Physio and Wellness!

All of the staff are outgoing and are very experienced with treating patients and helping them along their healing process while being flexible!
