Mike, the store manager was amazing, friendly and understanding as I changed my choice of rings at the last minute. Thank you so much for such a great wedding ring shopping experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't fall for the shine and glamor that this store portrays as Michael Hill is known for selling bad quality diamonds at premium prices. My now fiance is one of the unlucky ones who got scammed into buying a very expensive ring with very low quality diamonds. I am so unhappy with this company and the overall ring buying experience. Will never ever do anymore business with this store or Michael Hill. The salesperson Tanya is really good at her job but fails to mention the hidden flaws that exist in the diamonds. The store manager Megan does not seem understanding and just wants to charge us extra money to make sure "I am happy". No way I will not be giving a single more penny to this company ever again.

We went to a different jewelry store first and just couldn’t spend the type of money they wanted on one thing so simple we were looking for. So! We hesitated to drop in here. We met two ladies one with blonde hair and got talking to another one by the name of Bonnie. Well Bonnie went above and beyond and totally helped us find what we are looking for and I also got a bonus because I didn’t want to purchase wedding bands what so ever. Well it turns out we will be back to see Bonnie in the coming week. She’s friendly helpful and just the type you want to hug at the end of the day but because of the times we can’t. Look forward to seeing you soon :)

Her friendly demeanour made the experience easy and pleasant. The staff were all very polite and willing to help. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience at this location today. The staff was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again. I was ignored and then blown off by another jewelry store in the mall. But as soon as I entered Michael hill I was warmly welcomed and helped. I was shown a number of items in a price point I was looking for. There were two staff members in this morning and both were absolutely lovely, fun, warm and helpful. Great customer service and will now be making this location my first stop for any future jewelry needs.
