★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly. Good customer service and knowledgeable owner! Only complaint is the hours. I am leaving for vacation this weekend and will run out of a really important medication. Not knowing that they close at 2 on Fridays has now left me without it :( open for better hours and I would have nothing to complain about!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using spark pharmacy on occasional basis . However recently I had got my medications changed and my insurance would not cover. I wanted to use my husbands insurance coverage as I was also on his plan. The regular pharmacy a big brand would not take the information to check if it was covered and they wanted me to drive to their location . Spark pharmacy on the other hand was more flexible and took the information and this medication was covered by75% and the other medication was covered between mine and my husbands insurance 100% and the pharmacist delivered all the items to my address

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist was incredibly friendly, interpersonal and knowledgeable. She was very patient and concise when answering my questions, and she was very quick at filling my prescriptions. This is not the closest pharmacy to me but the service was so wonderful that I am considering switching - for the first time I was not frustrated when leaving a pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for their new medical clinic. I’m extremely disappointed with them. They scheduled an intake by phone with one of their doctors and changed the doctor last minute. I never received a call from the doctor at the scheduled time, so I called reception an hour later and she said the doctor is always running behind and that I’ll be contacted soon. I was never called or followed up with. This was 2 days ago and still nothing. Completely unprofessional, disorganized and poorly-run clinic. Do not waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shameful and diabolical. I signed up to a doctor here and we called on the phone for Intake. Was abrupt and aggressive. Told me I'd have to book another appointment to see him about my issue (already waited 2 weeks). Booked another appointment for another w weeks away said would call at 7pm. No call. Rebooked for another 2 weeks. 7pm. No call again. For a third time I booked again for another 2 weeks. GUESS WHAT NO CALL FOR THE 3RD TIME I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. I have been diagnosed with COPD and need to see a specialist. Told them I have trouble breathing. They assured me each time he would call. I am off work and need my disability paper signed. Now what am I supposed to do???? DISGRACEFUL
