I have been trying to assist a family member who is NOT a customer at Belgage Pharmacy. Vivian was willing to provide suggestions to help my family member get the best benefit from her prescription. She did not need to do this but kindly did.
I would highly recommend Belgage Pharmacy. Vivian and her staff are awesome!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the worst pharmacy to get your Covid vaccine. You are supposed to have your consent form with you but they dont tell you when contact. Emailing the form is not acceptable and so many people in a lune had to go back and print their form and come back. Also they dont care about you at all. Not satisfied from their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with some of the staff and their customer service. Unfortunately, had to make a decision to transfer my dad's file to a different pharmacy. Staff say ridiculous things and do not have any customer service skills and then a few minutes later I alway get followup calls for an apology from different people in the pharmacy.

and have found the staff to be very friendly and
supportive . They also offer alternative to any problem
that we may have. Vivian is a great person to discuss
any issue that pertain to our health . She is a listener
and offer sound advice . Barb especially likes her chocolates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Belgage Pharmacy is very helpful with prescriptions, advice and any kind of shots (flu). They are very knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to, and the location means everything as it’s in our neighborhood. One downfall… they haven’t sold us the winning lotto ticket yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my children for a walk in COVID vaccination and so pleased with the service. My son has a fear of needles and the pharmacist was so patient and kind. The stress ball, the candy canes, the counting to ten were awesome touches! Thank you!! We are all vaccinated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not the best place for covid vaccination, had an appointment today.
Service I got from there was horrible,
Even though I have filled out the Consent form and sent to them via email, they asked to fill out the form again in a very rude way and asked to wait,
Waited for almost 45 minutes and then they said the pharmacist is not answering call. Not sure why they are taking the appointments then….
I simply wasted my time there and went to different walking clinic and got the vaccination right away.

They don't hesitate to help you find something or answer your questions. Vaccinations are highly organized and explained to you. I would never leave this pharmacy as they treat you with respect and honestly. Thank You Belgage for your EXCELLENT SERVICE
