A	Anjella Fiorini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, dehumanizing experience with the Pharmacist; Shamama Khan, I believe. She claimed to be the manager. I arrived at my scheduled appointment to receive my second dose of Moderna, as per my selection during scheduling, and behind the counter was very curt in telling me that my dose would now be Pfizer. Firstly, the clerk assumed I was a walk in, despite having said I was here for my appointment. Moreover, once I expressed concern regarding the lack of communication from the Pharmacy to me, as a client, that my dose type had been changed, they seemed to take it personally? The woman then attempted to withhold my dose, after the cap had been removed and I was awaiting my dose; claiming “if your uncomfortable, you can leave.” I am horribly offended that someone who is on the front lines of health care, and in charge of administering biological necessities, has such poor bedside manner and proceeded to treat me as if my concerns were irrational. This location is disgustingly unorganized for a medical facility, and the staff representation is abhorrent.

B	Bob Rae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it's fairly evident there is either a massive communication issue with the vaccine rollout at this location or the staff are just burnout and don't care. I called ahead to make sure there would be no issues and was told they accept walk-ins until 9pm. I called at 4pm and went over at 5:30pm. I spoke to the woman at the front, told her I was there for a walk-in covid vaccination and I called about an hour prior. She looks at me all funny and goes.."oh, the walk-ins...uhh..we don't have anymore doses. I can schedule you in for tomorrow". I say, "okay, let's get that setup". She then refused to set the appointment up and asked where I got my first one. I say, "Cambridge"...and all of a sudden, it's.."ah yea, you see"...then continues to tell me she can't set the appointment up. I've been coming here since 2014 religiously as I live right around the corner. Today was the last time I shopped there - not sure all the hostility but completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

N	Noor-e-sahar siddiqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I found a Rexall location with a cosmetician (Tammy). She provided excellent customer service. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Usually I am very confused about which cosmetic products to buy. Fortunately because of Tammy I was able to get all the products I need to my satisfaction.
M	Mel C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. My older parents have quite a few prescriptions here that need to be taken on a daily basis. Many times the communication is majorly flawed. My parents will go to pick up prescriptions and then get home only to realize staff didn't give them all of it. Now it's been almost 2 weeks JUST to get a blister pack done up for one of them. Then to find out that it's finally been worked out but oh the only pharmacist that does those is off until the next day! They've been out of all those meds for 8 days. No substitute options for in the meantime. Getting through on the phone is horrendous. We will be switching pharmacies after 30 years of being here because this one has some major flaws and patients are suffering... literally in pain due to pharmacy screw ups.
A	Ayesha Siddiqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tammy (the cosmetician) has outdone herself again. She always greets us with a bright smile and helps us above and beyond. Her knowledge in skincare and cosmetics is incomparable along with her useful tips. Whenever she helps us she provides us with her undivided attention and helps us find the products best suitable for us.
