★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite pet stores. I bring my dog here for baths all the time and she loves it. Also I really appreciate that they team up and help give kitty's homes. Also awesome staff. Left my phone on the counter after paying. Came back and they still had it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog was a bit nervous going in since it was a new place but the employees were so patient with him and very kind and by the end of our visit he was wagging his tail and wanting to play with all the toys. The employees were super helpful and helped me choose a nice cat bed within my price range

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Pet Valu, nice well-kept store with very helpful and friendly staff. Gave good advice on foods to try for our one very picky cat, and he loves the food they suggested, which I never would have thought to try that kind. He was wasting away (as was my wallet trying food after food to no avail), so for this I am very grateful. Last few months they haven't had much stock of it unfortunately, but they offered to hold it for me if I call on the day their weekly order comes in, which is nice.
Free parking in the strip mall, but FYI there's a pretty noticeable step to enter, so likely not wheelchair accessible (unless you can lift it ~3-4").

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in 2x now with question about a stray kitty. I have to say the staff are not friendly, do not offer any assistance or answer questions. If you feel you need to shop at this brand store, do yourself a favor and go up to the Ira Needles branch, they are much more helpful.
