However, I learned that I had to get an appoinment for this. The employee there told me this in an unpleasant tone of voice.

Sadly, He was not prepared to take care of it and as a result, his bird, jamoc, became very violent. we returned him to excotic wings and my son was sad but he knew it was for the best. Still, they gave us many good tips and wonderful advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star only because you can’t leave 0. Just moved to this province a couple of months ago. I called to simply ask if there was in store shopping as COVID restrictions are lifted and their website says appointment required. I got a snotty remark from the female who answered the phone stating it has been the same for the last 2.5 years. Not sure how I would know that. She was rude with every question I asked. After reading the reviews, I understand why no one would want to give this store business and I am glad I did not drive an hour to go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased two budgies and our newest addition a Quaker Parrott. Exotic wings is very great at making sure you feel comfortable leaving with your bird. They pass along lots of good information for an all-around better bird experience and care for your bird. If you have any questions they are always there to answer. They also have a great selection of bird toys!

Exotic Wings & Pet Things will not disappoint you! After extensive research, we were confident and comfortable purchasing our forever flock member- a Jenday Conure (which we named “The Great Gazoo”).
This family owned business placed an emphasis on education for the pet owner to ensure that we understood the care and needs of our new pet. They even provided us with a comprehensive care sheet which they reviewed in great detail, prior to picking up our Conure. Their knowledge about the birds they sell and their transparent enthusiasm in answering all our questions, made us feel confident that the birds they raise are done so with care and integrity. In addition, we were pleased to know that all their birds are APV vaccinated and disease screened. Our post purchase routine Avian Vet visit confirmed that our bird was in healthy condition and demonstrated easy handling…… clear evidence that Our bird was hand raised and well socialized.
