They really listened, cared and recommended me some really awesome products to try that I have since gone back for more pallettes because I was so happy. Philip will be famous one day, I have no doubts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namdar at the Pharmacy- unparalleled service. Amazingly handled all the questions we had, took genuine interest and gave us time to understand everything related to covid booster and the additional medication we bought. I will be visiting this location again. There was also a lady at the Pharmacy who was so patient with us and processed our Insurance for the medication. Extremely pleasant to deal with. Staff such as these amazing people are crucial to the success of a Shopper’s location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst pharmacy. If you have any type of diabetes DO NOT COME HERE! The main male pharmacist doesn't listen to you when you tell him what specific type of test strips or sensors you need, seems like he has no idea what he’s doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate sharing these facts but feel I have to. I went into this location on Highland and wanted dairy. Most of the dairy was dated for March 18th. I was there yesterday on April 5th. 80 percent is the dairy was out dated and should have been taken off the shelves. Without checking, one would buy a product that will make you sick. Not a good look for Shoppers, a place we go to for wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of dealing with Remington at the make up counter today. He was extraordinarily helpful and his picks for me were perfect. Going back tomorrow to stock up and get more tips. Way better service than Sephora....he's amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have switched to this pharmacy from the Bridgeport store where I was constantly missing meds as well as having to call multiple times to get a prescription delivered. Since switching to Highland Store 3 months ago it is super easy and reliable. I had text service at the other store but they never went through. The Highland pharmacists have called me to notify me on pricing and delivery and to discuss new meds that were prescribed. The difference in stress is undeniable. Their delivery person is very friendly and comes when they say he will. I am so grateful that I made the switch and look forward to them handling my health needs.
