★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on Saturday. I use a manual wheelchair. The first question I was asked was "ODSP or OW". I said neither, I have insurance through work. The sales clerk would only show me four types of glasses; all appeared to be low cost. I was only brought a mirror once I asked. I am surprised because there were other women who were able bodied shopping. They were greeted politely. They were brought a mirror without asking and told to browse the store. I felt uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made to feel like I was bothering them when picking up my glasses today if I was suppose to make an appointment for pick up to make sure they fit I should have been told when they phoned to tell me they were ready. Not a pleasant experience will not be going back. As I was leaving pretty sure she commented about me asking a question

She also recommended frames for sunglasses as I was getting two pairs and I just love them! I highly recommend Hakim on Highland and make sure you get Sam... she's the best!
