Never had an issue at this pharmacy and used them for years. Always friendly and any wait times have always been reasonable. ***Edit*** Since the original pharmacist left, this place has gone down hill. Flat out ignoring customers while doing "busy" work and standing in little groups. The worst for this is the older blonde European woman. She seems clearly annoyed by having to deal with customers and actively avoids it. When she does, she makes it clear how you're inconveniencing her. I've run customer service and retail for years, how she hasn't been fired is beyond me. The dark haired woman wearing glasses who usually takes prescriptions in has been there forever and is probably the only one who does anything and is good with customers.

I have recently changed pharmacies as this place is the worst. With 7 people behind the pharmacy counter, not one was available to serve me & there I was standing for over 10 minutes. I asked for help & the employee was extremely rude. I will not give them my business any longer. Would rather give zero stars.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. They have time to get flu shots on time n covid shots but when ever you drop off a prescription they say be ready in a few hrs. i know to come back next day….26 hrs later to be told they havent even started filling it n come back in a few hrs. My time is just as important as theirs n all they seem to think is we have time to run n sit n wait or hound them every min to have your pres filled i will not be dealing with this place any more always same old same old. Lady in front if me was told same thing be 10-15 min for her pres. If i could give a zero theyd get -10 stars.

Staff was rude - told me she didn't have time to enter address info into the system for my elderly mom who was not a customer. Because of this, they did not fill the prescription that evening (I was told they were closing in 10 minutes). My mom was just released from the hospital and needed antibiotics! I arrived at 8:00am the next day (Tuesday, April 26) and no one was there. 8:05am someone arrived but took another 3 minutes to open. By the time she acknowledged me she seemed annoyed and still had her coat on. I finally received my prescription at 8:20. Terrible experience, especially for medical purposes.

If I could do negative stars I would, this is legitimately the worst pharmacy I've ever used. The people are nice enough but sooo slow; I waited over an hour and a half with only 2 people in line ahead of me. When I finally got to the front of the line my prescription wasn't ready and they claimed they didn't have it at all but I put it in in person, didn't call it in. After another hour wait they finally gave me the scripts. When I got home I opened them only to find 1 single pill in both bottles, for one of the scripts I need to take 2 pills daily. I went in person the next day and spoke to the manager... he blamed my doctors office. I've had the same doctor for 15 years and never had any problems, used this pharmacy 5 times and there's been an issue every single time. I went again today, not to pick anything up but to make sure when I need my pills again in 2 weeks they'll be ready; that same manager told me they still aren't ready. I switched to this pharmacy because my other one was slow, I just switched back to the original one today. This pharmacy is a 20 min walk from me, the one I just switched back to is either 1.5 hour walk or 2 busses and 1 hour...it'll be well worth the extra effort to ensure I get the pills I need to help me stay alive.

Took two weeks to get a prescription refilled. They say they were waiting for a fax from family doctor which was sent twice. You call and they say it is ready and when you go to pick it up you wait 40 minutes as it still is not ready. Very unprofessional, no apologies offered. No a very good way to run a business. Time to switch after many years of bad service.

I have never ever left a 1 star review but wish I could leave a zero. I ordered an rx the day I needed it and the incredibly rude pharmacist advised me they didn’t have the prescription and it was my fault for leaving it to the last minute. The next day , after taking to my doctors office who confirmed they sent it , it turns out the pharmacy did have it on their fax and never looked before rudely lecturing me. This month, I tried to order early (Thursday and I’d be out Sunday ) and came Friday and was told I couldn’t get it until the day it was due and that I ordered it too early. They told me they’d make a note to have it ready for Sunday. I went Sunday and they don’t have any in stock, and never filled my order, so once again, I’m missing taking medication. They never ever answer the phone . I have never had a single prescription ready on time . They also seem to close early and open late but , again, they have not answered the phone once in the 4 months I’ve been going so you can’t even call to confirm they are open or have filled your prescription before you go and waste time in line. Lastly, count your meds here because they miscounted one of my prescriptions. I have no idea how they remain open but don’t ignore the stream of bad reviews. Unless you want to make multiple trips every time you need a simple refill , only to be treated rudely by the pharmacist, find another shop.

Similar to other posts! Must be true. The Pharmacist and Manager was incredibly rude to me with regards to a refill and faxing my doctor. I checked back the next day and spoke with the assistants and they were accommodating. BUT the managing pharmacist barks at his assistants and explains that they're only part time! Wow! Rude to his customers AND his staff. How shocking! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Kindness goes a long way.
