N	Nolan Webb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t shop at this store, the owner kicks teenagers out and accuses them of stealing just for shopping in the store, and says “you can only come back in and retrieve the item you already purchased once you walk through the security scanner!” The guy is a literal joke, and has one of the worst cases of little man syndrome I have ever seen in my life
T	Tyrell Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of the store told me he refused to serve me, and when I asked why he said that it was “because I was a thief.” He had no reason to believe such a thing, and it gave me a strong feeling that I was being judged by the colour of my skin. I am deeply wounded by his remarks, and I will never be shopping here again.

This store is a pharmacy first but also carries a good assortment of health and everyday needs. I find the staff much more friendly and efficient than any Shopper's I have visited where I sense they are a grocery store first that also carries medications. Kudos to Rosa and Phat.

R	Rocky Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved from Montreal to Kitchener over 3 months ago, and I had my first vaccine in Montreal. I registered myself with Rexall for my second vaccine shot. I provided all these details online to Rexall the day I signed up on wait list. After few weeks of waiting, I was given an appointment for today. When I arrived at the counter, I was asked for a proof of first vaccine. I provided the original paper proof and QR code issued by Quebec health department. I was told since I did not register my first dose with some Ontario agency, I cannot have my vaccine. I proudly worked throughout the pandemic and served an essential industry, taking care of my parents who are over 65 and my grandmother who is 90 years old. Great work Rexall, if I get infected, it will be on you.

T	Todd Strickler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking appointments for flu shots. Not doing a very good job to honor them. Waiting 30 minutes now and still no acknowledgment from tech to even check in. And people still ahead. Need to leave more time between appointments and at least acknowledge the 10 people in line.
