Shoppers Drug Mart

This Pharmacy is fantastic. Lisa is so helpful, kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. My family were uncertain about staying with Shoppers when we relocated to Kitchener but we are so happy we stayed. Lisa has been our deciding factor we would be lost without her help advice and organizational guidance. Lisa has amazing people skills a pleasure to deal with Thank you Lisa

Used this location for a rapid covid test. The pharmacist was very friendly. While waiting for the results I was able to look around and shop. The staff in the makeup department were very knowledgeable and offered help when I was unsure.

Pharmacist Zohaib provided wonderful service and care for my Covid vaccine booster :) this Pharmacy is clean, well staffed and organized

Some of the pharmacists are plane rude and unorganized. They get annoyed if you ask too many questions and a select few are just plain amazing. I suppose that holds true with everything "healthcare" related in Ontario these days. You are lucky if you get care at all. Take it as it is and don't complain. The rest of the store is your typical shoppers, it's well stocked, well organized well staffed and over priced as usual.

READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW I have gotten a meningitis vaccine prescribed by my family doctor for a visa to travel as they require it and I called in Monday to book it as I’ve had my parents go to a shoppers drug mart and get theirs not only picked up but also ADMINISTERED on site. They told me Monday that they don’t have that vaccine and that the earliest I can pick up AND administer is Wednesday. So, I wait 2 days and call Wednesday right before my appointment to see they’re good to go. Imagine I drove there without calling! Bc when I called, they said that they can’t administer me the vaccine! I said why would they book me in for that on Monday and they said they don’t know why and that they won’t do it for me today. They made an excuse that they tried to call LOL but I got ZERO calls or voicemails from shoppers. I went in and talked to them to get my prescription back, bc I will go somewhere else. They tried to tell me so confidently that they don’t administer that vaccine in ANY PHARMACY and I told them that my parents literally got the same one last week at another shoppers and they wouldn’t believe it till I showed them their vaccine cert for it from the other branch. They then told me that it’s weird and that the other shoppers shouldn’t have, blah blah blah. Then, Lisa from the pharmacy came, responsibly owned up to the mishap and provided me my prescription back. I would have liked to have this issue not even happen in the first place but c’est la vie. I remember calling them a month ago to try to book a rapid antigen test only to be on wait for the pharmacy for 30 mins each for BOTH calls at which point I just walked in. What a joke! I’m writing this review since my shoppers drug marts in Mississauga where I used to live were so on point. It makes me disgusted that such a pharmacy can have this much deviation in customer service comparing across-franchises Rely on at your own risk

I have dealt with this pharmacy in booking COVID tests for travel - the pharmacy team here was very understanding and made the current confusing state of travel and testing accordingly a breeze! They were friendly, courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend!

Clean, organized, quiet Shoppers. Okay amount of parking. There is a post office inside here as well.

Great thanks to Dragana pharmacy tech , for always welcoming me with great attitude, calm and happy voice. This is my pharmacy and been coming for years ,knowing her and her kindness goes along way. Such a great girl, keep up the excellent work!!!!
