V	Vasilica Perescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent, rude , not helpful, trying to blame the delay of my prescription being filled ( from Tuesday to Friday, ) and the fact they that even filled meds that I did not ask for, on “misunderstanding between myself and them”.The prescription was “resolved” today when I called Shoppers and they would have been able to help me within hours not days. One person could have done it Shoppers. It took 6 people and 4 days to get it done at Rexall and lots of stress.The pharmacist was rude, no apology, telling me that I can call Monday if I want to “investigate “ what happened. This should have been an easy refill, instead it turned into a big masquerade.

E	Evelyn Worthington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff are rude and unhelpful and give incorrect information. They did not include the information slip with my new prescription medication, and when I called to inquire about this and a side effect I was experiencing, they ignored this entirely and claimed that was not a side effect of the medication - even though it very much is specifically listed as a side-effect (as I found out by looking up the product monograph myself afterwards), and I verified this with a doctor afterwards. They did not understand and refused to believe me what condition I was taking the medication for (as prescribed by a doctor and recommended in treatment guidelines) which was part of why they were so misinformed in responding to me and they insisted I must be taking it for a different condition which is more common, clearly very misinformed. They were quite rude about it and never addressed that they did not give me the information slip.

Went here for covid vaccines and the pharmacist didn’t even ask or tell us which vaccine was available or what was being administered until the very last second when asked to confirm. Didn’t ask which dosage we are requiring. Nothing. Once administered he walked away with no words and did not come back to confirm that we are all set or to give us any information on needing to wait or anything. Highly unprofessional and make the experience of getting these vaccines very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Will not return.

I never write negative reviews (or any reviews really), but this experience made me make the effort. There was no reason for her to speak to me that way. Don’t go to this store!!
M	Marie Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not be returning to the Rexall on Belmont, in Kitchener....this is the 2nd time that I have observed the 2 cashiers speaking about a customer, with hushed voices, thinking no one was observing them. The location is close to home and within walking distance, but I will not continue to support such an unprofessional and disrespectful business.

Sure the place is busy, but it's not far from king street and within waking distance from like a dozen apartment buildings (one of which I live in). Other staff are really nice too. I've honestly never had an unpleasant experience in this store. My only complaint would be more for the chain in general, just that the website doesn't have stock and prices on items, would be nice to be able to check sales in advance. Otherwise great location
