Dealing with Koert has been such a breath of fresh air - quick response to my initial inquiry, shower up when they said they would for a no obligation quote, very competitive pricing (more on this later). We decided to hire Koert for our basement bathroom finishing and on the scheduled day, they showed up on time too. The crew was very respectful of our home (masks, drop cloths etc). The work was done very professionally and they cleaned up every bit of dust after they were done. Once I got the bill, I was thrilled to see that they came in lower than their initial estimate. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with them and will definitely use them again if needed.

N	Nga Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris was very responsive and professional. I was looking for a plumber and got his contact information from a friend who had plumbing work done at their house by him. I reached out to a few plumbing companies in the area and appreciated Chris' prompt follow ups and I found his pricing to be fair. I was unsure what needed to be done (the shower handle broke and either the cartridge needed replacing or valve needed to be replaced). I sent Chris some photos and he was able to provide a quote and explain what needed to be done and what my options were (replace valve from washroom or the other side - which was inside the master bedroom). He recommended replacing the valve from the bedroom side as it would be less disruptive. He also gave me the option of putting an access panel where the valve would be replaced which was more cost-effective than re-doing the drywall which I appreciated. Chris answered all my questions promptly and was able to fit me in within a few days. I was not on-site but Chris sent me an update when the work was completed along with photos of what was done.

Having been recommended a particular brand of softener, I looked for a local Waterloo region representative. While there were others who sold the same brand, it was Koert’s due diligence that impressed me the most. It would have been easy for them to sell any old product just to get the sale, their goal was to ensure that the softener they recommended was the one the best suited the needs of our household. Before even recommending a model they asked a series of questions to ensure the right fit based on our usage. I would highly recommend Koert’s based on this experience firstly, for their quick response time. And secondly for their knowledge, professionalism and expertise.

The first time Sean came in to replace my main water valve and the second project Costa replaced some old pipes in my laundry room. I can see the consistency of the professionalism in their staff. Chris the owner is very responsive and flexible in following up to setup the appointment. Angela the office Manager is also awesome and always on top of all emails responding and answering any questions either by email or phone. I will definitely continue use their service again. In my opinion, Koert Plumbing is a role mode of how a small business should be.

What impressed us most about Koert Plumbing—on top of turning our dated master bathroom into the most stunning room in our home—was the extensive amount of communication throughout the entire project. That's incredibly hard to find when working with trades, and Koert Plumbing gives you the peace of mind you need. Chris (and Tyler, too!) and the rest of the team were always available to provide updates, timelines, answer questions, and didn't need to be prompted by us to do so. Their recommendations during the design process were also spot-on and we are grateful for the guidance they provided while doing our project. As well, with any project, there were obstacles. However, Chris and the team navigated them so gracefully and were always able to resolve the issue. Chris and his team (including Jones Electric) didn't rest until things were resolved and we were happy. Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and in his team, and it shows. They got the job done on time and in budget. Chris was very responsive to all my questions and everything was handled very professionally. Their communication on the project was fantastic.
