We were recommended to FKPH by a contractor doing our bathroom. We dealt with Craig Schurr and we're very impressed and pleased. Craig and his team are unfailingly professional, helpful, friendly and work like Trojans. They were on time, efficient, the price was right and we're thrilled with both the work they did and the after sale service as well. We ran into a problem originated by the contractor and which Craig has gone above and beyond to assist us in correcting - even though he'd have been well within his rights to wash his hands of it since it wasn't really his problem to fix. This has entailed several months of calls, seeking solutions, reporting back and no fewer than 3 in-person visits, with a supplier in tow, to assist us. What a great guy! This problem wasn't of his making but he has taken it upon himself to step up and go above and beyond to help us correct things to our satisfaction. I couldn't be more impressed or grateful. Too often people have nothing but complaints (often legitimately) about contractors and service people. Craig is a refreshing breath of fresh air and is a credit to FKPH. They're lucky to have him and we're lucky to have found them. Service, price and installation are one thing and they already get that right but to have people who are prepared to do more than they have to, when other people have screwed things up, is really something and it shouldn't go unacknowledged. If you are in need of these kinds of services then FKPH and Craig are the people to call. They'll support you front to back until things are right. We're very impressed and very, very, grateful. Can't say how happy we are with FKPH's service. The staff in the office is so helpful. They got a plumber out quickly to look at the issue we had in our office. Charlie was friendly, quick and left the area that he was working in spotless. We would definitely recommend this company for plumbing service work and we will definitely call them again in the future.

First they completed a service call, efficiently and professionally. They did a repair but advised the unit was old and would need to be replaced. They were correct and we went on to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. They were on time, installed and tested in a very short time. Friendly and informative staff. A pleasure to do business with!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible people. Had a plumber come out to give a quote. He ended up quoting double time and a half (which was incorrect as it was not a holiday or weekend). I informed him I would not be needing his service and ended up having another plumber do the job. I just received a bill for an hour's worth of service. The plumber was not here more than 5 minutes. I spoke to someone in the billing department who stated "this is how it's done" the plumber was called out he billed for service. I have dealt with other plumbing services and I can assure you this NOT how it is done. In no way is it normal to charge for a quote!!

Very punctual specially when rushing to the job is critical, I have called them mid Feb. at -25 C and they show up an hour later. Fair people, never charge extra. Big or small, they do it all. I have been using their heating and plumbing services for at least five years now. The boiler in one of my commercial buildings is kind of complex and requires special skills, Fred Kau people are among the very few in town that know how to maintain it. Highly recommended

Definitely a 5/5 rating for these guys. Have used them continuously over the years for the place I work and for my personal home. Great service and attention to detail from their service staff never had a problem. Reasonable prices always punctual and a pleasure to deal with all of their employees.

I couldn't think of better people. Willing to take time out of their schedule to fix the broken AC at a cat shelter during 30 degree weather, and refused payment for their service. If we had more companies like these guys, the world would really be a better place. Thank you so much.

I was referred to Craig Schnurr by my restoration guy at Paul Davis. I needed a new water heater but I wasn’t sure when I was going to be ready to have it installed. Craig outlined everything for me in detail via email and when I was finally ready a month later to pull the trigger - he got it done quickly. Charlie and Baden went above and beyond by not only installing my new hot water heater - but also installed my water softener for me AND programmed it, ran several cycles and made sure it was good to go! I was SO grateful they did that for me! Highly recommend these guys - top notch service!?
