Great selection! Great prices! Fast shipping as well as a local pickup option throughout the week. Website is quite functional and easy to navigate. I love getting alerts when products are back in stock. They also stock some games that other local stores do not have. The top notch customer service can't be beat.

My family has been ordering from them for a while, and they've been friendly. It's just that processing shipments takes forever. I understood that it took close to 2 weeks over the Christmas season, but I just ordered now at the beginning of February and it took an email and 4 days just to get them to ship. So don't expect fast processing.

Placed an online order for the first time looking for Vs 2pcg. Free shipping on the order over 150 was great. Made a mistake with my postal code, messaged and was responded to quickly. Super happy with my VS system items that had arrived. Definity a place you should be checking out if you need a game.

Placed an order for Castle Panic. When I didn't receive a confirmation email that the package had been sent, I called to see if there had been an issue with the order. The fellow (Sean) answered all my questions and made sure that it was sent out the next day. Great customer service, and the game arrived at the end of the week in great condition! Looking forward to buy from them again :)

First time ordering from this store. I've ordered from other local Board Game stores in the GTA, but I've never had such a bad experience as I did with these guys. I made a large order (over $300) and the website and confirmation email said that orders ship within 1-3 days. This wasn't a fact. 10 days later, after calling multiple times and sending an e-mail (and not getting an answer), I finally received an e-mail indicating that they're planning to ship my order, but that there was an issue. I don't think he would have e-mailed me back if I didn't reach out first. They did not give any more details on what the issue was, or for that matter, apologize for the lack of communication. I cancelled my order. I have no problem with being patient with small businesses, and I have no problem with long shipping times. I do have a problem with businesses that offer no communication with their customers. I don't think I should have to babysit my order to make sure it actually gets sent out. I realize that there are a ton of good reviews here, but even the good reviews mention what I consider bad customer service practices. There are a ton of great local board game stores that do an amazing job, so there's no reason to settle for this.

Not sure how they stay in business. I'm actually thinking they have already gone out of business. Place is not offering curbside pickup, shipping only. They're closed for in person shopping every time I've checked their website. Decided to place an order for shipping (despite living 30KMs from their store), I added couple of games, saw shipping was pretty much standard standard ($11.95 for Ontario for purchases over $65). All good. Went to complete my purchase and there was an additional $10 for shipping to REMOTE addresses! So to shipping to Guelph was $11.95 but shipping HALF-WAY to Guelph is $21.95 !!! (shipping including tax was $24.80 for 2 games I wanted to come pick up) Have ordered from at least a dozen game stores in last 2 years and NEVER paid a different price than any other Ontario address. I usually pay $5 LESS to ship from BC and Quebec. Maybe they're closed because the owner is driving around hand delivering to all of us "remote addresses." Called the store to get an explanation but no one answered the phone. Emailed the store to ask if the charge is a mistake on the website or if they seriously add on $10 to what Canada Post charges them. No reply to my email either. Website says closed, phones not answered and emails not replied to...I guess the placed is actually CLOSED for business.

NO STORE FRONT, WAREHOUSE ONLY Made a trip from London to find out this is not a retail store. Google says open on Saturdays 10-2. Called and they only offer curbside Mon -Wed. No Idea that the 10-2 on Saturday is for. Just hope I can save someone else the drive. 3* if for the selection I saw on website, no real store to rate. I updated page to reflect hours, and trying to remove In-Store shopping tag.

Placed an order recently for a few items. Noticed that the shipping confirmation hadn't arrived yet after a few days. Called the store and spoke to Sean. He was very polite and understanding, explaining their process and current wait times. I felt that customer service and happiness was definitely one of their values. Good prices and good service, I will be buying from them again.
