★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After weeks of going over ideas in my head of our new fireplace design it was actually really easy dealing with Brent with my plans. There were certain codes and restrictions to abide by but in the end we are so pleased with the final result. Working with Bast was easier than I expected. And Kyle who framed and finished the tile work does some amazing work. I highly recomend Bast Home Comfort.

Brent and Scott in the showroom were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in planning our project and Kyle who did the install was a true professional and extremely courteous while in our home. From the start, we felt the staff including Scott were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - answering questions, providing samples, and following up as needed. The installation process was not only well organized but we were so impressed by the level of professionalism and quality work. From the team that installed the fireplace to the framing and the slate tile work completed by Kyle - we could not be more pleased. The level of skill and craftsmanship in his work is clearly evident. We were also impressed by how respectful the team was of our home space and how clean it was following the completion of the work. My salesman, Scott, demonstrated enormous patience helping me with the fine details of my order, and on installation day, Josh and John did a wonderful job including a thorough cleanup afterward. Co-owner Dave Bast did his best to fit my installation in when it best suited my schedule and when we could both best cope with the weather. I wouldn't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Bast Home Comfort.

From Brent making sure I had the information necessary to make the right decision, Scott patiently fielding my phone calls, Dave Bast bending over backwards with scheduling (I'm on vacation this week and he wanted me to have my new Napoleon gas BBQ to enjoy) and finally John/Kyle doing a professional, friendly job with the gas line install/BBQ set up I couldn't ask for more.
