Love this chain, great starting place for DIY folks working on cars. This location in particular is nice. Staff are always friendly and willing to help and offer advice if you look stuck or lost in an aisle. Just went to replace my battery this time and got the wrong number to look for. The staff saw me looking and quickly got what I needed and gave me a few options. Ended up going with a higher warranty battery because why not? Still need to drop my old battery off here so I can get that twenty dollar rebate.

Waited in line with 3 others for 20min. They did allow any new customers in the store. The rep came out and said they are closing in 10 and we wouldn't be coming in. He came out 5min before closing and said no one else in the store! I said we have been waiting for 20min...and prob won't come back..his response was ..good! They do not answer there phone for curb side set up either.

I shop here once every two weeks. Good Location. Prices are fairly reasonable. Always seems to be someone different working at the counter. Was not impressed with the Lady with short hair. A little to aggressive when I walked in. Did not even have a chance to browse or look around asking If i needed help right off the bat. They don't like when you come near closing time. She watches you like a hawk. Will not be coming here again if she's working at the counter.

Amazing customer service! Not only told me where to find the part I need but looked up my car model for me to double check I was getting the right part for my vehicle. Can not recommend them enough.

Terrible experience. Guys are covid crazy over there and they don't accept cash even though it's legal tender which is actually illegal. Was waiting on the phone for 20 mins finally got through ordered. They asked me to stay on the phone but call got interrupted and I wasn't even going to try and call back because I was out front of the store waiting for them, talked to other customers who also were not happy with wait times even though we're out front of the store. I strongly recommend having someone to deal with customers that are currently at the store and make them a priority because you know they are there to purchase something as apposed to taking everyone's calls who are still at home and may not even pick their order up until maybe even next day. Bad experience with the guy who is tall and wears glasses. Told me they didn't need my business if I was going to pay cash, because they were scared to accept cash. If you're scared please stay home do not show up to work. There are people who need these products because they are essential workers who need to get to and from work. Please help us, and not fight against us. Cash is always legal tender in Canada.

The staff at the Cambridge store have worked hard throughout this pandemic. They've done their best to serve everyone and stay safe. I personally am very proud of their efforts. Way to go 705!

*** Jan2022 Edit: Spoke to Robin (the manager) a few weeks back and she was very helpful and approachable--first time experiencing a positive transaction directly from her after a few rough meetings... The rest of the staff are great as usual. Updated to 4 stars from 2. ***† I've been here a few times and generally met by friendly staff. I can't say the same about who I believe is the manager here. (Short lady with a medium build and short light colored hair). She has literally followed me throughout the store while I was looking for my items and on several different occasions. It wasn't obvious enough for me to openly confront her but subtle enough to be recognized. Another occasion another store had car oil on sale, I wanted to bulk up-- I came to partsource to price match. When placed the four jugs on the counter and proceeded to show her the ad to match-- she asked "Why don't you go buy it there"? I asked "excuse me"? She then changed her tone and attitude when she realised I was aware of their policies. Two stars for the decent other people I've experienced there-- negative 17 for her lack of professionalism, courtesy and respect. I'm considering filming my next experience for social media for others to judge themselves.
