J	J Toneguzzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist and the doctor have some things to work on. The receptionists communication lacks clarity, this has led to problems drawing proper conclusions. The doctor doesn't really assess you or explains himself well. He goes by the first thing you say and does not add much to the conversation. Seems like hes kinda stuck in whatever method hes comfertible with, not necessary whats best. I have been here lots of times and every time I have had a issue. Something always seems to go wrong with medication, treatment, or diagnosis. For me and my family Dr. Michael is just not a good fit, considering the doctors I have had in the pass. In conclusion the secretary seems a bit under qualified to be a medical secretary and needs to learn more about the system she is in. An the doctor can work on being more actively engaged, develope stronger skills to seek alternatives and gain some insight on modern methods. Again, he goes with what's comfertible and not necessarily what's best.

He listens to every thing you have to say. I got him as my doctor when I fired my previous doctor, Dr. Singh out on the boardwalk. Worst doctor I've ever had!!
C	Corrine Wigle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot and tb test, the clinic was very professional but unfortunately not the same for the pharmacy, when I asked the main pharmacist to change her gloves after touching the phone, pens, etc (especially when she’s dealing with covid shots) and hasn’t changed her gloves, (unfortunately sanitizing the gloves you’ve been wearing doesn’t do anything) she started being very disrespectful and threatened to call the cops. I would not go to this place if you care about not getting sick or proper hygiene. Not what I was expecting that’s for sure.
F	Farhad Kerimov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and irresponsible administration/reception. Doctor seems nice, pharmacy staff is nice but the front desk is a nightmare for scheduling or referrals. Any mistake on their part they blame on the patient. They do not follow up on Doctor's promise to refer to a specialist, rudely respond to requests to confirm contact information of specialists, which after several months of waiting time turn out to be wrong. No courtesy in dealing with patients. In short, Healthcare administration and service management is one hellish experience filled with anxiety of: will my be informed about my tests results on time, have I been referred, and so on with all the When's, What's, How's, and Who's of health care administration.

I was working with this clinic and then I got a new job so I resigned this job 14 days (as per Ontario legal notice period) before starting of my new job. There was no document provided by him stating about the termination period. Then Doctor became so rude to me because I resigned the job. If there was someone else that person would have wished me good luck for the future while I was threatened by the employer he said that "I will take legal action against you. You are being so selfish." Though I was not in the fault. I was treated so badly still I extended my joining date for 14 days. Suddenly I got an email that "as per your resignation letter your last day of employment was this so you will be paid for the hours you worked." I was unemployed for 14 days just because of him and it was my fault that I showed some kindness to this man. This is such an unprofessional place to work. I am a foreign national worker and have asked him so many times to provide me the experience letter for immigration purpose. He is completely ignoring my request and not being responsive. Training is not paid and also someone don't get enough time to take break. thanks!
J	Jennifer Molinaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this pharmacy for my annual flu shot, the pharmacist Nancy was very polite and organized while she managed not only my needs but those of several others while I waited (which wasn't very long at all). Nancy also emailed me a replacement copy of my vaccine receipt when I misplaced mine, I appreciate her going the extra mile for me and I expect she applies that mindset to all she does. I found the pharmacy very clean and was pleased to see all protocols for Covid-19 as well as general vaccine administration being followed.
