The Post Office is much better now. Their hours are posted and are slightly different than the stores hours.
I’m impressed with the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is The issue, I have no issues with the store itself. I’ve dealt with this pharmacy for years because of it’s convenient location. There always seems to be issues. I now call ahead to ensure my prescription is ready, all though they say it is,half the time when I arrive it isn’t. I never have luck here with benefits either. I’ve reached out numerous times to my insurance provider and it doesn’t seem to be their issue. Counter staff at the pharmacy always seem to be overwhelmed, which I can’t fault the employee for. But it shows in the way they handle their customers. I can’t help but leave feeling frustrated every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with covid test. They entered our name AND address wrong, simply copying it off our health cards, then when the results came they had entered our DOB incorrectly too. These were important details for international travel. Sloppy service, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy called me to tell me that my COVID booster shot booked for the following week would no longer be Pfizer but instead Moderna. They offered me a same day appointment in order to get my preferred Pfizer shot. Quick, painless not even one tear!
This was great service and I truly appreciated the consideration I received at Rexall on Frederick St in Kitchener!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had really positive experiences with all the staff at this store. The only complaint I have is product placement. I went in there with a very sore back and everything I needed was in lower shelves and difficult to grab. I understand this is a head office issue but I did encourage the manager to speak to them about this concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for the fact the hours on the website for holidays are not accurate to in store (post office). Needs to be better communication between HO (if they set the hours/manage website) and store owner/manager so that information is accurate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the BeWell app for prescription renewal and such. Not very good at other things like finding non prescription medications, grocery items, cleaning products etc. Sent an email to ask how I'd find all these kinds of things except it didn't help asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is a Gong Show every time I try to get a prescription filled. Male pharmacist is very kind and helpful but the female is rude and will ignore customers leaving them to stand at the counter for ages. Totally unorganized and inefficient. Prescriptions rarely filled properly or on time with little to no apology. Highly recommend using another pharmacy over this one.
