In todays world where technology is on the peak....The photos should look more real then the actual person. I hope you understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For such a simple task of printing photos they made it incredibly difficult. Telling us the pics would be ready, confirming by Phone that they were ready at the time they promised... went to pick them up and they werent ready. Called days later and were told various different stories. We eventually got the photos... we were offered 50% off which wasnt even worth the trouble.
Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost! Give your old cell phone to a five year old kid to take your passport photo and they can do a far better job. They are so uninterested in their business that they placed the mirror on the ground so you have to literally kneel in front of it to check yourself. No lighting, no nothing and using flashlight in a dark room causing glares on your face so much that the photo looks like those were taken by a drunk person at a late night party. If someone hates her job so much she should not make others pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not do my passport photo's properly and caused MASSIVE delays for me getting my passport. This caused me to lose a lot of money and created a very serious problem.
I would never recommend this place, go somewhere else and save the head aches. I will be thoroughly reporting this business to the BBB.
Sad to see other 1 star reviews about improper passport photo's being done at this location. Its such a simple process, if they cant get that right I would doubt the quality of anything they are doing.

I was very nervous about how it would go but he made us feel very comfortable and made sure the pictures came out good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get passport pictures done for little kids.
