Athena Framing , Posters & Prints

Great online store for their large selection of puzzles & posters. Ordered from them during the Covid-19 shutdown and their service was prompt & friendly. Shipped quickly to Edmonton. Even corrected a problem with an extra poster that got shipped with no questions asked. Todd was very helpful & I'd not hesitate to buy from them again.

We just picked up four poster prints that were put onto the plak frame. All i can say is they are fantastic! The colour really jumps now they have been mounted. The quality of the work is superb, the service from the owner Todd is first rate. We cannot wait to show off the prints to others.

The best place for jigsaw puzzles by far. Excellent selection and prices. Amazon has the same product I bought here, but for twice the price ... plus shipping! I used the curbside pick up and appreciated the contact free transaction in these strange times. Thank you very much for that! I will definitely be coming back and recommending your shop to others.

My boyfriend bought me a poster from your Conestoga mall store a few days ago for our anniversary. He bought it at the store, took it home and did not touch it until today when I opened it. It was very noticeably damaged with about 3 large scratches on it and another print damage on the corner. We were both disappointed and since we still had the receipt (and it was only bought a few days ago) we decided to go back to the store and exchange it for a new one. When we got there the lady working grabbed another poster and realized that that one was damaged as well. Then realized that every poster had the print damage. I then pointed out that the poster we had bought had major scratches on it and she decided to tell me that the damage was done outside of the store and that we damaged it ourselves. I proceeded to tell her that actually no we had not opened the poster until today and that I just wanted to exchange it for the same thing. I didn’t want any money back. She was very rude and condescending and basically told me that there was nothing they could do and refused to help me. She contradicted herself multiple times and it didn’t really sound like wanted to even try and help us. I wish I got her name but she was middle aged with brown shoulder length hair. I left the store very upset and irritated, and so was my boyfriend as he felt he wasted his money. I’ve worked in customer service and I know that there’s always a way to help your customer and not put blame on them. I suggest packaging your posters better so there is less chance of damage, as well as working on your customer service skills. Will not be returning to this store.

Todd is amazing. He framed an album for my wife and it looks amazing. She made me hang it right away and hasn't stopped staring at it. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Such fantastic work from Todd! I was so blown away. I brought in prints for my Disney art collection to be framed & not only did he take the time to help me find the right frame but also answered any questions I had. They turned out so great & I loved the personal touch on each work. I will be back soon & I encourage everyone to check Athena out for their framing expertise. A+

I had a perfectly simple and personable experience with Athena Framing. He fixed my family heirloom embroidered art at a very reasonable price and time frame. The frame my grandfather had made about 70 years ago was loose etc. The original frame was kept (what i wanted) and it was tightened and corrected and the fabric art was restretched in the frame. It hangs so nicely now. Thank you!
