★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me offering a free photoshoot , they said they regularly select random past customer as part of their promo. Anyways I accepted. Worst pictures I have ever taken in my life. I give it 1 star because the lady who helped me to pick out my very difficult 5 pictures was helpful and also because we arrived very late for the shoot and they still accommodated us. Besides that, I literally wasted my money to pay for 5 pictures that I will never use (still don't understand what was free because you have to pay for the digital images, they don't give prints), I only paid because me and my guy had gotten glammed up and I was too embarrassed to just not take them. Very disappointing, the photographer didn't even inform me that my bra was showing in all of the seated photos and worst they said they have no tools to edit it out, I usually don't write negative reviews but after looking at these horrible pics again, I feel I need to let others know not to waste their time, specifically with that promo photoshoot. I have taken passport size pics with them in the past and those were fine, so I have nothing against them but the photographer we got needs a lot of training and new photography tools to edit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all professional. I would have given - (minus) * if it is available. They did not fulfill their commitment twice so far. I have hired them for on location on my son's 1st birthday and on the day they said we are not sending anyone. 2nd time i have hired them for summer photos for my son and again they did the same thing. If i would have cancelled the appointment i was supposed to pay $25 penalty and if they did by themselves no refund nothing. Just simple email from them. I guess i don't have any words to explain their unprofessionalism. Extremely pathetic....if they are giving free of cost services don't buy them as they will surely spoil of your event. They should quit their business. if they do so i will be more happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a great job taking my family's portraits back in November of 2021 and again for passport photos for my child and infant three days ago. I'd definitely recommend coming here for infant passport photos if anyone needs one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have my sons birthday photos taken in studio. He was very shy and didn’t want to participate. Photographer was excellent. She got his attention, and was able to take a few great pictures (we were clear from the beginning we were only looking for “one” shot), and was very efficient, polite and friendly. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Great experience (April 2022)
