β β β β β I love this health food store. The manager is so nice and knowledgeable, she really gave some great suggestions for natural beauty and hair products. They also have a great selection of crystals, which gave off a really positive energy. Devon Bettoncourt made my smoothie and was so nice, polite and helpful. She gave me a complete list of the ingredients and the benefits of each. I was so happy to know what went into the smoothie I got. I bought the tutti frutti flavour, and the drink was delicious! Thank you Fiddleheads!

β β β β β Excellent product and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their selection of probiotics and fish oils is impressive. It's wonderful to go to a shop where the staff actually know their product. It's obvious that the owners don't skimp on training. I would especially recommend the Highland road/Kitchener store. The staff is super well informed at this location.
