★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic. Dr. Sam is very smart and very knowledgable about his field. He knows what type of treatment that works for you and applies it accordingly. You wont be disappointed. Also the staff works their very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was in a motorcycle accident. As a result he has been going to the clinic for physio and chiropractor. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. It's always clean inside. They offer a wide variety of helpful services. It's a pleasure going to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly dirty. It is clear they do not vacuum the floors every day, in winter it should be done more often than it is. They also did not properly clean the beds or counters in the room. They were very disorganized for the 3 appointments I attended, booking me an unnecesarry visit with a chiro when I needed physio. They pushed a lawyer on me and were making recommendations before even knowing what happened. I was not impressed and went elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today marks the final day of my physio treatment plan and I must say the team over at Activa - Kitchener has been phenomenal in getting me back to normal after a nasty car accident. From Pam at the front desk to Leila and the Doctors, this team does a fantastic job taking care of their clients. Very very satisfied with my time at Activa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dirty and cluttered place. I contemplated leaving after only a few minutes there. Looks very unprofessional.
I understand it’s a small business and students go there for cheap massage, but please work on the cleanliness and overall look inside of the place. Not coming back even though the prices are good.

In my opinion, a sub-standard provider. Secondary staff may not be top of the line, but are pleasant.
Push chiropractics, rather than physio. Physio is not their forte and it shows. Glad I went to a five star physio clinic in Cambridge right after my MVA. My insurance lawyer changed me to here and I'm wondering if there is a connection.
Provider seems quite disinterested with my case and that's not good. Progress is diminishing and I'm just too tired to fight any more.
3 stars at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how they have high rating. The place is Very dirty and unhygienic, non professional, no technique for massage. Infact they don't even know the meaning of massage. JUST WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY.
Students beware: they are just money grab and just encourage you to go there again and again.
Very bad experience, never going there again.
