It is solely based off the fact that I left a voicemail seeking help and their services and they never got back to me. It's been a month now. The voicemail message I left was detailed and I spoke clearly, I am not sure what happened there. After three weeks of waiting I went to another counseling service because they still haven't called me back. The other service got back to me in 6 hours. I understand that people are busy, even if you are not taking clients at least call a person back and don't leave them hanging.

I wish I had started counselling at Qualia right from the start My councilor (Sarah)is really easy to talk to and other staff I have dealt with have also been great In the times of Covid I believe they are following protocols for the in office visits and that is a relief too. I originally wondered about my age vs what I perceived from the Google photos. After a couple visits its clear the patient's range from much younger to older than myself . I recommend anyone debating a visit just do it, you are worth it .

We have a child who has developed some severe anxiety and phobias. After much research, we decided on Qualia and are so incredibly happy we did. The connection and level of understanding from the moment we walked in the door was second to none. Ezra is like a wizard in how he communicates with our daughter and so much of what we learned is already proving its worth. I would recommend strongly giving Qualia the opportunity to help you through whatever it is you are seeking.
