★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband needed a new laptop. We dealt with Chris. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding us exactly what we needed product wise and at the price point we wanted to pay. Tech was also very helpful in getting our data transfered to the new laptop in a timely fashion as we had traveled from out of town. Will definitely deal with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices but unbelievably bad customer service. We had bought several components to assemble a computer and there was a bad component in the bunch. After 4 unsuccessful trips back to the store trying to resolve the issue I gave up and got a refund for everything. Staff was very uncooperative and turned what should have a quick and easy resolve into a dragged out and unnecessarily unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management and the staff are nothing but good people. If you go in with no knowledge at all, the staff will help you get the job done. The store is very clean and tidy. The place is always busy but under control. Management is in the floor assisting customers and helping staff. It’s a rare thing to see at most places.
Good work to the staff and management.
I will continue to throw you my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to grab a few supplies for my home office. Needed a new mouse and keyboard, nothing fancy. Good selection of products available. Staff were friendly and offered help, I declined as I knew what I was looking for. The girl who cashed me out (Candice) has a great attitude and was very nice while still being professional. Positive experience overall. Will return in the future.

My good friend built my first gaming rig and all the parts I needed aside from what he had gifted me I purchased from Canada Computers. The computer has been running strong for two years now!
Recently got another rig with another great friend and all we needed was a new graphics card, went to Canada Computers and got exactly what we needed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable enthusiastic staff. I've been buying most of my parts from Canada Computers for over a decade now.
My only complaint is their heavy reliance on the web site and somewhat haphazard store layout. The store is very difficult to navigate on your own, so its best to just ask for help finding what you're looking for. The current prices also aren't even always listed, they assume you'll just find sales through the website for example.
If you have some specific questions or already know what you want its a great experience, just don't go in planning to browse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we are extremely dissatisfied with the Cyber Power PC Gaming Desktop and service provided to identify the root cause of the computer malfunction .
The video signal constantly shuts off preventing our son from using the computer. We have brought the unit to the store twice (Feb 2022 and May 2022), but the issue has not been identified nor resolved. We are not sure what the reason for the malfunction is as we use the MSI monitor that was purchased along with the PC from your store, but something does not work properly. We also changed different cables, though nothing helped.
Despite our attempts to resolve the issues during the warranty period we have failed and decided to inform you that as a long standing customer of Canada Computers, we are not satisfied with the PC and how the issue has been handled.
We truly hope the retailer will take an action to restore the long standing customer's confidence in the store service and product they sell.

UPDATE
The issue has been addressed since - it was faulty GPU, which was replaced under the warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve wanted this higher end webcam for awhile and was delighted to find it on sale at my local Canada Computers. Although it was slightly irritating to wait 36 hours to pick up my purchase, it was smooth sailing once I got to the store and the staff was very helpful answering questions I had about the product. Considering we are in lockdown I’m quite happy with the experience, and will return whenever their prices are as competitive as they were today.
