diagnosis on my laptop. The James W. contacted Amelia to assist me yesterday and she has assisted me this afternoon with the laptop/Internet/WiFi/ordering 6 months of free ink for my printer and checking my Webroot security system. They all have been wonderful, especially since I thought someone might have hacked into my system. Thank you and a grade "A"+++++ for a job well done. Happy Holidays to you and stay "safe". M. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially told I could have all my problems fixed on 2 computers for 249. dollars. After I paid I was informed that it was Us dollars . After the work was completed I was told there problems that would cost another 49 dollars even though I was promised everything was covered in the initial price. It was only by pointing this out in strong terms that they kept there original deal. Be careful!!
