Typical real estate attitude, arrogant and highly under educated. This is easy to see in the complete lack of self worth and accomplishment of a human being that has made even a small difference in this world. You sell real estate and frankly not very well, your not doctors or lawyers. A special note as to Nina D. the worst example of a real estate agent my wife and I have ever come across. Her halfhearted approach and complete lack of knowledge left us speechless, selling just to sell not offering any meaningful solutions. To top this she possess the worse communication skills I have ever witnessed in a sales person, often taking 2 or more days to return phone calls.

Kindly beware before you sign the Buyer Representation Agreement with some unknown agents. Always go with referrals. In my case, May Sukru, a realtor with very bad attitude and ego. Because of personal reasons and some bad experience with this Agency me and wife decided to cancel the search and get some peace of mind. The real face of realtor come in light when you say “No” to them. They ignore your requests, calls, mails and call you to threaten about the consequences(make up stories) Literally, This particular agent(May Sukru) provoked us to cancel the agreement with our previous agent from same broker and try to get commission as both; real estate agent as well as mortgage broker(Do have evidence). Me and my wife trusted her blindly but in crisis situation, when I requested her to stop and cancel all the agreements, she literally threatened me that we are not gonna own house in future. Guys, tips; first of all go with the good referrals and secondly, if you are first time buyer always sign the agreement for 7 days initially and if you like the agent then only continue the contract. There are good agents also just you may need to check with your friends who brought house with their assistance. Peace ✌️

Purchased an unusual property that was being sold through a power of sale, that was on a private road. We dealt with Dave Smith who has had experiences with such properties. He understood what was required for the property and explained the ins and outs of the type of property. We understood what we were getting into because Dave took the time to explain it. He also kept his cool when my wife and I were getting emotional about the property. We tried to buy this place 4 times, each time some road block prevented things from going through.

Andy Naudi was over the top amazing. We had little faith in agents and always planned to sell our home independently, but we phoned in to ask a few questions of advice. Immediatly Andy started working on finding us the perfect home and was going over and above time and time again. We ended up using him to sell and he did an amazing job! We were moving far so he recommended someone out of the area but still assisted with every step, and every question no matter how annoying we were (we ask A LOT lol). I would recommend his skills to anyone.

We worked with Charlotte Zawada from a referral for our sale. From our very first conversation, I knew we had the right agent to sell our property. For the initial home visit, she came extremely well prepared and set fair expectations, which were met and slightly exceeded. A specific timeline was laid out and was kept. No surprises. During the viewing process, Charlotte knew how to best manage our nervousness/anxieties. Everything went just how she expected it to and everyone came out happy. Pankit Kapoor booked a viewing at a rental property. Tenant must be present due to the security of the work they do from home. This realtor was a no call / no show and failed to cancel through the app or notify in any way, causing the tenant to remain on site needlessly.
