We are very pleased with the attention that we received from the very first point of contact right until the end. When I first contacted Tony Johal's team online during the Christmas holidays. I received a response almost immediately to set up an appointment for Tony to call me. He called on the scheduled time and we set up a time so he could meet with my siblings and I. Tony was on time for our meeting and he answered any questions we had. He was very informative and he paid full attention at all times and never was distracted, which was great to see when everyone seems to be attached to their cellphones for calls and meetings and such. Tony stayed in contact with us through the whole transaction. We were able to work with Chelsey, the office manager who was always a phone call or email away to help us navigate through this overwhelming process.
