This is my first time visiting you at Voila Sportsworld and I must say I was very impressed with the salon, it’s beautiful and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I love the privacy from entrance that the salon space offers. Thank you so much again for the amazing hair, the great talks (counselling sessions:-) and in general for being consistent all of these years!!!

Cosmo is our family's colourist and stylist for 7+ years now, he is excellent at his job, as he sees his clients as a blank canvas, and is passionate about his work. Make sure you bring in a picture or a couple of pictures of what result you are seeking, this really helps. Over 20 family friends see him on a regular basis, so if you need a new look, book with Cosmo and get ready to look fabulous! Thanks, have a beautiful day ?

My skin feels fresh and the products used were so gentle on my skin. Monica takes the time to make sure she is providing the best service she can. Would 100% recommend giving this a try if you are looking for a facial or waxing treatment as she also did my eyebrows which look fabulous!

Over the years I have have had some of the best stylists in the region cut my hair. Danielle is by far THE BEST. She has a huge heart, infectious smile , but her best attribute is truly genuine. Every time I go to see her I feel such a sense of joy., Especially in these difficult times/. Every time I get my hair done, someone comments on my hair cut. An appointment with Danielle will have you looking good and feeling good about yourself!!!!!!!!

They were able to accommodate a same way appointment which was very much appreciated. The hair stylist was also lovely and recognized my comfort levels --she wasn't overly chatty like most people are and I was fine with being quiet. What disappointed me the most was the quality. I asked for a Bob cut which she had done. However it was quite uneven, visibly on the mirror. She blow dried my hair and my hair likes to flip in and out when it's dried like that, but she didn't even try to brush them in the same direction or consider straightening it to determine if they were the same length. As a result, they were clearly not even. As she was finishing up, she already had another customer waiting and so seemed hurried to finish my cut. After I left the salon, I noticed after taking my mask off that I had a bunch of hair trapped in the mask and immediately returned. She was kind enough to fix it but obviously also noticed how uneven the rest of the Bob cut was and pretty much had to fix the entire head. I appreciated that she was able to fix it right away and the mask thing is no issue (I understand these are new barriers) but at the same time, dismayed that the entire Bob was just so uneven that she had to fix it anyway. I didn't want to give a review, but even today I'm straightening my hair for a holiday get together and still am finding my hair in uneven lengths and having to fix it myself. Would not come back here again.

Everything's awesome, from phone booking with friendly Luzia/Lucia to leaving the salon with a joyful heart. ? When I entered the salon for my haircut and scalp treatment with Amy, Luzia/Lucia welcomed me warmly and served me cappuccino. At first, I was nervous because I'll be getting a bob for Spring season but when I met Amy, I felt that I'm in good hands. I even told her she's beautiful. Amy is pleasant and calm. The scalp treatment is relaxing and I love the outcome of my haircut. ? Thank you for a job well done, Amy!
