There is a variety of people working on all kinds of things to meet and interact with, the space is well maintained and Adam the director is an absolute joy to work with, super accommodating. If you’re looking to cowork (or work from home and hate it, I.e like me) in the Kitchener Waterloo region, can’t stress trying this place out enough - I went on a curious whim and ended up signing up from the very next day. Zero regrets.

Lots of food options nearby & the Kitchener Farmers market (next door) is open for lunch most days. The community is great too, everyone is friendly and respectful, there are social events.
J	J Pearce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit anxious about renting coworking space here - I felt like I didn't fit in with the typical "coworking" crowd. I teach at university and had no place suitable to teach from "home" during the pandemic. Despite my anxiety, Adam made me feel welcome and encouraged me to use the space in the best way possible for my needs. I was able to use the "phone rooms" for my classes as necessary and use the main area for student meetings over Zoom. The coffee was plentiful and tasty. The printer was right there and I never had to track down someone to make it work for me. Adam was approachable and friendly and the space felt warm and welcoming. I sadly am ending my time with Workhaus as we have returned to full-time in person classes but I will miss it.

You will have everything you need, printer, paper shredder, proper chair and desk, a lot of daylight, meeting rooms, call rooms, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, and most importantly, a great work environment. There are many enthusiastic, hardworking, and resourceful people who understand the difficulties of developing something new or doing research.

They have a great mix of hot desk and permanent desk facilities and this is my go to place for any long-term visits back to Kitchener. Great kitchen facilities, reliable, fast, internet and a good selection of meeting rooms. Cheers to Adam for doing such a great job. I live abroad and it's wonderful to have a great space to come to when I'm back home visiting the parents!

Adam was super friendly and generous, and made me feel welcome right away. The place was always clean, the amenities are great (yay free printing!), and it was an excellent environment to do focused/deep work AND get to out of the darn house for a bit ?. I'll definitely consider rejoining when I'm done my degree.

The hot desk space is perfect for what I need. I love the light in the office and being so close to all the things that Downtown Kitchener has to offer. The boardroom space is perfect for bringing in clients and Adam, the community manager, is the most thoughtful and caring person around.

The working conditions are perfect for an office worker with a mix of hot desks, dedicated offices, meeting rooms and phone booths to choose from throughout the day. The people who use the space are all friendly and the social atmosphere is great. Adam is also on top of making sure the environment is clean, welcoming and everything is taken care of for us. I'm so happy I decided to make the move from working from home to using this space part-time.
