★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our ceremony booked at Galt Collective. Leslee who helps book out the space (from a perfect day) was great , very responsive and a big help. Due to Covid we had to cancel our original plans. Although ceremony’s of 50 people are allowed , the space could not safely social distance with 50 people in it. Eric the owner of Galt Collective has refused to give us all of our money back. He has been asked to call us or email us to have a conversation but has never done so. Ever other venue we have dealt with during this pandemic, has either offered other arrangements or given a full refund. If you cannot provide the service you originally offered a refund is due. Also, we never had a contract so at this point, our money had been kept with no promise of service. Again I will state Leslee was great and refunded her portion that she would normally keep as her payment. This is BAD business Galt Collective. It’s not about the money at this point, we both know it’s not much you’re holding back refunding, it’s the principal. Had you picked up the phone and returned our calls I’m sure we could have come to an understanding together. But you’ve avoided us, no phone call, no email and you still kept our money for a service you cannot legally or safely provide. I’ll be sure to let everyone I know not to book your space in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galt Collective is an amazing spot for a productive day of focused work. The building is nice and spacious with strong wifi, clean bathrooms, lots of private meeting areas and awesome coffee! Eric (Owner) was awesome and the cost was very reasonable for a drop in pass. I will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was born and raised in Cambridge and this is the most inspiring work space in the Tri-City area (Waterloo Region). I rent an office in the collective and I have met some of the most inspiring people working on the most inspiring projects and I haven't even been here for a full business quarter (3 months). This is the coolest place, with the coolest people and I can only sum it up by saying it will be your favourite place too.

Welcoming environment, friendly atmosphere and overall I got stuff done without any disruption. All round beautiful scenery, do check it out
