He lets me know when there are exciting new arrivals and I always come to check them out. Everybody there always has smiles on their faces and nobody hesitates to offer assistance. By far my favourite store at Conestoga Mall.

The staff were nice but with the return policy being almost worse than the quality of their products I would not recommend this store to anyone especially when you're paying so much for the products.
M	Mal V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RETURNS AND NO STORE CREDITS! Worst experience ever. Bought a snow coat from this outlet and did not like the fitting so exchanged it with another one. That coat was not warm so I had to go back to the store and asked for a return because they were running out of stock. Communication was not delivered clearly as no one mentioned about the return policy while I was purchasing the first time. The girl named CHRISTINA was talking rudely and also forced me to buy anything from store for the last time as they will not entertain us again. She was extremely rude and did not let us talk to the manager or any higher authority to resolve our issue. I had to forcefully buy trash from the store worth $100 as they don't return also do not provide any store credits.

I used to shop very often to this location and was very pleased with the service however the associates of this location seem miserable and the “District Manager” is a complete joke and unprofessional. I tried shopping for a new winter jacket this season but I chose to spend my money elsewhere. The lady who was the district manager of this location last winter was fantastic any-time I had an issue and the manager was a lot more helpful at the time I highly do not suggest shopping here
P	Paige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Will never return to this location. Promotion very deceiving and incorrect. Extremely unorganized, clothing put in wrong spots under wrong promotions. Spoke to mamanger, Sandra who showed no empathy or support for honoring the incorrect price of $5.00 off. Manager not professional and very aggressive behavior. I asked to speak to District Manager and head office which Sandra refused to give me either phone numbers to contact and said to look up myself. The manager promised that the District Manager would contact to resolve the issue by the end of the day. STILL waiting for promised phone call..... Worst experience ever. Only one employee working on cash and floor all alone. Long line, no help, store disaster.
