★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoying coming to Pet Valu in Listowel. Very friendly staff, helpful. I but my cat food there for my 2 black rescue cats, Inky and Jazz. Store is clean and tidy. They have a resident cat named Frank, so loveable, friendly big black and white kitty. I rescued my two cats from here! One in 2017 and the other in 2018. Staff helpful to my needs. People who love animals surely work here.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly, and knowledgable. We took in a rescue puppy at about 4 weeks old. They helped us find food, toys and treats that were developmentally appropriate. The staff member that helped us even took a look at his teeth and could tell his age. I was shocked she had that kind of knowledge, and after a follow up with our vet a couple weeks later they confirmed she was spot on his age. This is our go-to pet supply store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into listowel pet valu today for the first time with our 5 month old border collie Raider. He is super smart, but has a medical condition and has been through a lot in the last 2 months, so has got away with a lot because we feel sorry for him. I am trying to train him but he doesnt always listen or do well for me.
He was very loud and rambunctious in the store and i couldnt quiet him down or get him to listen to me.
The manager (I believe her name was Debbie) came over right away and was absolutely amazing. In a matter of minutes from walking in the door she had him listening to her and quieter and calmer. (he has a very short attention span so he acted up repeatedly) but she kept working with him and took the time to work with me to show me how to handle him while helping me find the stuff i was looking for.
This is definitely going to be my go to store. I went in for some poop bags, deoderizing spray, a brush and pill pockets and came home with that and a lot of insight and helpful training tips.
I just want to say a huge thank you for your time and all your help and knowledge in working with Raider and showing me how to work with him to help him become a much more obedient well behaved dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog wash!! Amazing!! Brought our 12 year old Golden retriever in today was so easy to bath her! And the best part is they supply everything you need! We will definitely be back monthly to give her a scrub-a-dub!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of their products are great, but I went in there to buy crickets for my bearded dragon I bought 50 of them for $4.50 but more then half of them are dead and there wasn't 50 crickets to begin with!
