J	Jonathan Meekins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the new store; it's bright, clean, and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, it's been very easy to purchase and pick up contactless. They have increased the help in the warehouse so its as smooth as ever to get products.

R	Rob Kienapple on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to sporting goods to purchase a specific CTC product.I even had screenshot of the item with picture and CTC product number that I showed employee. Should be simple to find product I assumed. The employee told me the item was discontinued?! LOL Then she actually checked her computer and it was not ever discontinued and actually showed 2 in stock but the employee couldn't find product so she got another employee to help her and he directed me to totally the wrong product. Then the sporting goods manager came over to search as well but none of the 3 employee's could find the product even though they showed 2 in inventory. I found the product myself after a lenghthly search, not at all in the area it was supposed to be in. They were still sitting on a cart waiting to be put out after 2 days. LOL The sporting goods area is very disorganized and the employees lack a general knowledge of their products. Huge waste of my time.

He works hard to ensure I understand what is going on with my vehicle, where costs are coming from etc. He also has worked to fit my vehicle in when an emergent issue has occurred. So grateful to have found a shop that I trust and can rely on.
A	Al Manning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Large line up and only 1 cashier. Service desk had 2 people that couldn't look after anyone with proper service. Thank goodness I will be at my summer residence soon, that store knows how to look after their customers. I see that "corporate" responds with canned messages. How about the local owner stepping-up to address all of the 1 star ratings, which all have to do with the customer service!
