J	Joanne Vibert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am wearing a neck brace due to spinal fusion, I had 3 employees help me, one to load 2 cases of water into my cart and 2 cashier's to unload my cart of groceries, thank you very much to those employees

Been rumours for years of a new location coming with expanded departments, but with rumoured land now being built on for other projects, I guess we're stuck with this type of store for quite a while. At least St Jacob's also close.

K	Kylie Merkley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first walked into walmart I noticed this lady was looking at us weirdly, she was then so rude to us from the start and kept following us around the store for no reason. We asked an employee and she told us her name was Lisa. When we were about to check out and leave she stopped and asked us if there was a problem we told her that we don't feel very comfortable about her following us around and she proceed to tell us to grow up and leave. We left and that was my WORST experience in walmart.

This store is selling expired (6 MONTHS AGO) moldy chocolate bars and when I talked with "customer service" I have to say that they really did/do not care. Add to that they are truly small town snarky! Horrible customer service! Seems the motto is "blame the customer, maybe they'll leave" 1 star only because the rating does not allow a 0 I do have to say that when I contacted the Canadian supplier (Premier Brands) directly the response was 180 degrees opposite. A fantastic response that Walmart Listowel just seems incapable of. Kudos to Premier Brands and a big FAIL to Walmart.
