Thank you for the beautiful flowers and kind words upon his passing. I appreciate all you do and all you have done!

He has had similar issues for years and it seems as though the same tests are done over and over. The same bloodwork, smears, whatever else which amounted to quite a large bill and we still have no definitive answer as to what the problem is. ****Upon writing this review, the owner did reach out to me via phone to discuss and explain the charges, which I very much appreciated. I still feel a bit frustrated with the overall outcome of the visit, but it was very nice to have a breakdown of the bill from the vet who looked at my dog. Going forward this will be something I request upon each visit.

I recently had to take my cat in and he had a little accident in his carrier on the way and was making quite the noise when we entered the building. (He is very shy and anxious) The Veterinarian Technician that helped us was so wonderful in trying to calm his nerves and letting him know that accidents happen to everyone. I know to some people he is just a cat and doesn't understand but the level of compassion this team has to go to those efforts is amazing. They provided me with a bag for his wet towel and toy as well as a peeped to put in his carrier for the way home so he would be comfortable. We also had very sick kitties around New Years, even though they were fully booked after hearing that 2 of our cats had not been eating and not been themselves they told us to drop them off in the morning and they would see them between other patients. They let us know what to look out for over the weekend incase we needed more vet care for them and informed us that since it was a holiday and they were short staffed we would have to take them to Winnipeg probably if they weren't doing better by the next day as all of Brandon didn't have any on call vets that weekend. They have always been so helpful and been able to get our pets in and give them great care in such a timely matter. Would 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you all for all the hard work you do keeping our pets healthy!
J	Julie Braun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best veterinary clinic in Brandon. Despite the business of covid they still provided quick and compassionate care to my guinea pigs and to my rabbit. The receptionists, vet assistants and the vets are all so friendly and helpful. Dr vicky sempers treated my Guinea Pigs pneumonia on short notice and he recovered wonderfully. Pleasant atmosphere all around. Glad to have such great veterinary care for my pets!
B	Brad Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been a client of Grand Valley Animal Clinic for many years and they've given my pets adequate care. This time the experience was awful. I know they get very busy but still it was awful. I took my old girl for end of life care. It felt like I was a bother. The vet came in gave her a shot and walked out. My dog had a seizure and started crying/yelping loudly and her bladder emptied as I rushed her to the front so the doctor could help her. She came in and gave her another shot and that helped. I know about compassionate end of life care and this wasn't it. Bad experience. I hope you treat your other clients better than you did me and poor dog.
B	Brad Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an emergency don't bother calling this vet clinic as they will not help if not "a current customer". My senior dog needed a vet for end of life care on Oct 23/21 and they could have cared less. Epic fail!

They have always made sure that the front desk is clear when we come out, and when I have my little one they offered to help in anyway they could. Would recommend to anyone!
