Our Hospital

At Brandon Hills veterinary clinic, our motto is “Special friends deserve special care”. Our doctors have over 50 years of combined experience in veterinary medicine. We specialize in treating companion animals.

Our hospital is equipped for full surgical, medical, dental, and nutritional care. We are proud to be able to utilize our in-clinic orthopedic, endoscopic, and ultrasound equipment; as well as our in-house diagnostic laboratory, EKG, and X-ray services in caring for our patients. We also use modern anesthetic equipment and monitoring devices. In addition, our patients benefit from our clinic policy which states that “pain control is not an option”. In addition, we stock a wide variety of maintenance foods and prescription foods for our patients with special dietary needs. We are also happy to offer clinic tours and home care calls on request. She was very thorough when it came to the procedure and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood the recovery process. My cat is much happier and healthier now that his issues have been taken care of by such caring staff! Thank you! :)

But every one else was amazing with our dog Ski took great care of her.I was extremely pleased when they called back to see how ski was doing .So yes I would go back .Thanks girls taken care ❤ of my little Angel

Instead of ending the life of a 11 year old dog they tried to shame my daughter into paying for expensive treatment that would not guarantee a longer or better life. This decision is hard enough to make without dealing with the shame they made her feel for not spending thousands to "try". If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on them! You don't get to tell someone they loved their pet less because they cannot afford to have expensive treatment.

Brandon Hills left an outgoing voicemail that they didn't have an emergency vet over the holiday, but left a Winnipeg number to call. I was reassured that she wasn't in any danger to leave it for another day. When I called Brandon Hills the following day, I was able to get her in that very afternoon. She received excellent care and they were able to work in her annual shots, saving us time and hassle.

In the end they FAILED to provide end of life care to the pets we had been led to believe they cared about all these years. No emergency care on the weekends, please call Winnipeg is the message at the business, 2 hours away from Brandon! How absurd and disgusting is this? Our beautiful 13.5 year old Jake needed immediate care and there was no one to help. So unbelievably disgusted with the Doctors and the business.

Dr. Radcliffe and the rest of the crew are always friendly and ready to answer any questions or allay any concerns. I hope we get to go back to in person appointments though because it's just not the same dropping the dog off. But stellar work all around!!

She’s sought out other resources when unsure of further assessments to try and completed referrals when services were limited in clinic. The staff overall have been so kind and caring to our dog; he’s actually excited when he goes for appointments! We would not have gotten as much time with our dog due to his unique but serious health condition had it not been for the support and help of the staff at Brandon Hills Vet Clinic. Very grateful for, and highly recommend this animal clinic.
