★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only has Pennington's in Brandon become half the size it used to..the lady who answered the phone when I phoned to see if my order was in yet (we were in earlier because we were in the area and they told us that they might get the order in later) she had an attitude like I was bothering her..real snotty..and I am sorry if I asked if my order was in..she said and I quote "have you gotten a call, if not then we obviously don't have it yet" sorry but that was not professional and I don't like being talked down to... Pennington's on line will now be shipped to my house because no one that pays the prices for their clothing needs to be treated that way...I have been in the retail industry almost all my life and if I treated someone like that I would be wrote up and possibly been fired ..
