★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you watch enough Youtube videos, you can figure out what is wrong with your car. When you remove the offending parts, take them to Napa. Tell them you need a new one just like it. They have a bit of everything and have never sent me home empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STRANDED!!! My husband and I were stranded with three kids 10 hours from home. The water pump had gone on our older truck. My husband went into the Napa In Brandon on a Saturday morning and of course they didn't have a pump on hand for our year of truck. They could have told us too bad but they didn't. The team there searched and called until they found us a pump. Unfortunately it was in Winnipeg a few hours away and the shipment had already come in so we couldn't have it sent. How would we get it with out a vehicle?? The owner Rick then stepped in and offered my husband the use of his parts truck to drive and pick it up!! Holy smokes what an offer to someone you don't really know!! We offered to pay for the use of the truck but Rick said no need, just bring it back with a full tank. Long story short the pump worked and we made it home by 6am Sunday morning. We are forever grateful to Rick and his team for really being so invested in seeing us back on the road. Everone was so happy when I told them that the pump was right. They really cared and we will never forget their kindness!! Thanks from the Liljes!!

But the staff kind of seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. I'm not saying it was bad staff or service. I'm saying it must be one of those working enviroment that suck the life out of you. (hint hint: management)

One lady told me theres no such thing as a fuel line replacement kit, thank god this other guy stepping in and guess what? He brought me one from the back! saved me tons of $$$
