★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I stopped in to South End Service was an evening last week for a tire change on my truck.A front tire sidewall was bulging badly and was unsafe to drive on and I had a forty mile drive ahead to get back home. The shop had actually closed for the day but the owner welcomed me and said it was no problem and they were happy to help.Ernie, Ken and John went that proverbial extra mile to help me out of a jam and that quality of service is rare these days.Stand up guys and great service,thanks!

I've been to this business many times at both locations and have been pleased. I find they truly care about their customers.
As a person who knows very little about mechanics
I appreciate having a repair shop that is honest and only does the necessary work .. this business is that way. I have an older SUV that I keep in town for when I am here and so I only want to do the basics to keep it running .... just took it to South End and they only did the required work .. they told me there was another related issue but that it did not need doing if I was not driving it in winter.
I recommend this business for auto repairs.

South End offered to take a look at the car, found the problem, fixed it and got me back on the road in under their predicted time frame. I followed up with my regular service shop which confirmed all of their repairs were top notch! Absolutely superb customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was -47 and we were traveling from thunder bay ON to Strathmore AB and my car lost acceleration. After stopping at 3 shops south end service got us in asap as we were desperate to get on the road before dark. As 2 women traveling alone we worry about being taken advantage of. That was not the case, fair pricing and beyond exceptional customer service . The young man at the desk was equally accomodating to every person that entered the shop. Thanks again.. you all could treach other shops how it's done!!
