★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make up bogus claims for repairs and hold you hostage because they are the only rental company in the city. Lies, deceit, and the royal runaround. Slow at providing refunds when they are in the wrong. The only reason there is one star is that you can’t give zero stars!
