★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pick up and drop off were completely smooth. The (upgraded) vehicle was clean and a great deal for the price. The staff person was cheerful and helpful. Will definitely rent from this office next time we need a car in Campbell River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car rental online to be picked up at the local airport. Received an email to pickup at another location. My online receipt was for $256 final bill $399. Asked why and apparently you pay extra to pickup at the airport, who knew? I did ask for insurance but $143 extra somethings wrong. 1st time using Budget and my last. Not impressed at all. Car was great but these extra charges not acceptable, sorry
