Worst experience ever! We needed a rental after our car was totalled. We were getting by temporarily but made it clear we won't have a vehicle this weekend. We gave the company a 2 weeks heads up. Then called a week and a half before to make sure. We were assured they would have a vehicle for us. We called Monday, they still apparently had a vehicle for us. Then Wednesday all of a sudden they have nothing and don't know if they will get anything. The man literally said he "had a good feeling" he would get something for us Friday. Well here we are Saturday without a vehicle and we need to be on the road tomorrow. Unreliable, dishonest and a complete mess being run with this business.

Jared was wildly helpful working well over 40minutes past close. Just before departing and closing we learned we lost our credit card. He was so patient dealing with our issues. Such a busy rental season, he could have asked us to try again the next day. He recognized how important this was to us and remained so patient. An absolutely asset to the company.

Had to extend my reservation just before Christmas. Called their office directly. Staff was super-friendly and very accommodating. Great service. Highly recommended. If I could remember the agent’s name, I would post it as she was a pleasure to deal with.

From the cold November 1, 2021 start to finish several days later, all of the staff at this branch of Enterprise were fantastic. The rental I received was clean, well checked for any pre-rental imperfections such as the odd rock chip or scuff, tire pressure, etc. When I decided at a later date to have the optional insurance added, it was as easy and stopping by for under 5 minutes to have the car checked and insurance approved. I can't stress enough how kind and considerate all of the staff members were and really appreciated the timeliness of the shuttle service. I will be recommending their services to future clients in need of an interim solution. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Eddy Corleto showed exceptional customer service while I was getting ready to pick up a rental at Enterprise. He arrived very quickly to provide transportation to Enterprise from my house. Eddy displayed the highest standards in representing the company and he really showed customer appreciation. He very amicable, transparent and is what an employee should be defined as. Thank very much for your service!

This has been my second time renting from this location and it is always such a great and easy experience. I was greeted with very welcoming smiles by everyone no matter how busy they were on the phone or other customers. Jazlyn made renting a car smooth and easy. She explained everything very well. The car was very clean inside and out. I would recommend coming to this location for your next rental!

Arrived to get my car and there where about 5 other people in the office also waiting for cars. Check in was fast but I stood around for 45min before getting my car. Workers where sent to pick up more vehicles. The time I left there where probably 7-8 people waiting. Staff where very friendly, I am taking 2 stars for not having any vehicles available. I know it is Easter but they should have been better prepared if possible. Again staff super nice no problems there.

While the vehicle was nice to have and the staff are super friendly, I have simply had a terrible experience. Read thoroughly. When I checked out the vehicle they parked it in a big puddle. That didn’t allow me to do a thorough walk around. (In hind sight, I should have soaked my shoes and bought a new pair. It would have been easier/less expensive.) The employee did a walk around though and marked all areas in red on the documents. I thought that was sufficient. It simply wasn’t.! When I returned the vehicle they forced me to sign off on damage done to the vehicle to those red areas (red means damaged). The bad part is there were small linear dent pulls (prior repairs) that were almost not visible. They had been there so long that there was rust on them and the vehicle was a 2021. They wanted to charge me for them. I was so shocked. I made my points to them and they didn’t care. They only cared about what was listed on the check out documents. Beware. Make sure that all your areas are not just marked in red but also verbally described. Not sure how many times they have charged people for the same repairs. It really was a deal breaker for me and the brand of enterprise. I will select other rental companies in the future. I suggest you do too. Unless you like being taken advantage of. Don’t be a victim to their rental β€œprogram” The funny part is. They still cannot provide a quote for repairs. They have simply frozen my deposit. If you think this is my typical review look at the other reviews I have done and consider most are five star. This one isn’t. That is with intention for consumer warning. As a local guide I pride myself in providing accurate information to support our community. Update. As of nearly another week passing, I still don’t have a full response and I have been working with the local team, the customer care department and the regional manager. If you want answers, they will be tough to find with this company. Oh, and they still have my money too.
