They've had my sisters car for 3 months now for a serious repair on her car, she has paid close to $3000 and now they can't even get the car running. What is she supposed to do now?? She has been waiting and paying thinking her car is going to be repaired because they keep telling her something else is wrong every time she talks to them. So lame so pathetic of a business to make someone pay for services and parts before the car is even in running condition. What type of customer service and quality is that from a local business. Go to Canadian Tire or a dealership where they have qualified, certified mechanics who have the knowledge and not the "sales pitch" One Stop you outta be ashamed...tsk tsk tsk

Checked every problem systematically on Briggs 11 hp and in the end it was the low oil sensor wire was loose.Silaconed sensor to insulate sensor. Once corrected engine started like new. Thanks to his knowledge we were able to use the welder on SATURDAY.

I called and spoke with the owner who advised me that he was closing in a couple hours and would be open again on Tuesday. By the time the tow truck arrived and I made it to the repair shop it was already past closing time. However the owner came out and greeted me. He looked at the car and quickly identified the issue. Unfortunately the parts shop was closed and also would be closed until Tuesday for the long weekend. Looking for options the owner got on the phone and called around till he found what he needed. He then had a friend go out and pick up the parts so that he could start on the repair while the they were was on the way. His mans generosity and compassion saved me from having to spend the long weekend sitting around a hotel room. Thank you ? Definitely recommend this shop!

We exhausted lots of options even a tow truck but we had know where to be towed to get it fixed, everything was closed or closing and not reopening until Monday, we were on a super tight schedule and had started the journey from Lake Louise final destining being Welland Ontario, long story short the owner stayed opened well after closing hours and worked on our car for hours into the Evening eventually fixing it entirely and sending us on our way a few hours later, we honesty can’t thank him enough for his kindness and generosity not only was he mechanic of the year he was an absolute gentleman as well and charged accordingly people need to support people like this in small town local business, he was an absolute champion and we will never forget what he did for us and wish him all the success for the future..

The staff were incredible knowledgeable and within minutes, they diagnosed the problem with my vehicle (tires were slightly warped) and were able to recommend some great replacements with a wide range of cost. Service was fast, professional and didn't break the bank. Definitely going back!
