Feed Sam was founded in June 2019 by animal enthusiasts and Lethbridge locals, Burton and Val. The knowledge offered by Burton and Val comes from years involved in training, showing and breeding dogs. Val's additional experience as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and their combined 35 years experience researching and feeding a Raw Diet make Feed Sam the last stop you will ever need to make for all your Raw feeding needs and nutritional questions.
Prior to opening Feed Sam a regular conversation in their house went something like "Hey did you remember to pick up dog food?" with a common response being "Nope sure didn't, I'll be right back!". For that reason they decided to utilize their years of experience to open their own pet store, offering not only great service, dedication and knowledge, but also a delivery service. The Feed Sam delivery service not only offers a one time purchase option but also the ability to set your delivery to a recur on a schedule that best suits your life..."set it and forget it", no more running out!

Compared prices to our usual store and they are the same - but Feed Sam has the extra value added free delivery (recurring if you want!), Sam Bucks, and a tote. I'm so impressed!

It's always been a struggle finding food that works for him until I came across Feed Sam. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed our first order today, a month's worth of chow for our dog. Found out they will deliver toys or treats too. So we put a kong in our cart and it was all delivered the next day in a weatherproof reusable tote right to our door. I had some questions on how to set up a subscription so it would automatically renew, so I sent an email and later I was personally called from the store to have all of my questions answered. Wonderful customer service, convenient and competitive pricing, this place does it all!

He has allergies that we haven’t been able to solve. Val helped me find dehydrated food and suggested what would be best for what I needed. The food he suggested, my dog is no longer having any allergic reactions that he was before switching. I’m super thankful for feed Sam and the staff.
